Named for the signature green velvet curtains that line the walls, Velvet Siren Studios is designed as a refuge from impersonal, corporate studio experiences. Here, production sessions unfold as genuine creative partnerships, with over 20 years of professional expertise supporting your artistic vision at every stage.

What We Do

Songwriting & Co-Writing

Instrumental composition and demo production built to your specifications. From initial concepts to polished pre-production, we craft the sonic foundation for your lyrics and melodies to shine.
Vocal Production

Specialty in lush harmony arrangements, layered vocals, electronic vocal effects, call-and-response structures, and dynamic vocal stacking. We have a Neumann U87 and an incredible outboard chain for vocal recording in addition to using industry standard Melodyne for autotuning.
Full Production

Complete song development from concept to final mix. Whether starting from a melody idea, a lyric fragment, or a fully formed demo, we'll build the production through collaboration—refining arrangements, sound design, and mix until every element serves the song.

The Process

Sessions follow the natural evolution of your song. You might arrive with a melody but no lyrics—we'll craft an instrumental that gives your words a home. If it's vocal tracking day, expect a focus on performance, comfort, and capturing the magic. Maybe we're brainstorming the larger aesthetic for an project, gathering samples and references. Or fine-tuning the sound design for an EDM drop that hits like an earthquake. Or in the final stages of mixing, ensuring every frequency fires cleanly and the track translates across all playback systems.

After each session, you'll receive dailies—rough mixes or stems of the day's work—so you can live with the music and return with fresh perspective.
